Yes but that’s all fucked aside by the hate speech laws that exist
you can ridicule the belief system, but you cant harass or threaten someone because of the belief system
technically... (at least the way hate speech laws were supposed to work) ... they didnt really add any new law that didnt exist... its just harsher punishment for certain crimes that already existed (eg threatening someone or harassing/stalking someone)

they could probably scrap the hate speech laws and just stick with the exist laws
