that isn't controlling anyone
We have large emotes so boomers can see them.
love for the poor, not hatred for the rich
that is killing them
It will make me feel better.
anit-semitism would be protected under free speech up until a call foe violence is issued. you can make fine of thier tiny hats and chair dances all you want and even call them bad words. he could only call antisemitism illegal in whole if he only considered calls to violent actions to be antisemitc (something i do not think he believes)
Doesn't work either
true
strip them of their most important institution; The media and education systems
that would hurt them significantly
well, the anti-semitism caveat is the same as the incitement caveat
Otherwise Spain and chilli wouldn't be going socialist despite killing all the commies
ALL speech must be free without exceptions
I've been drinking since like 8 PM, so if I say some extra dumb shit, just blame it on the a-a-a-a-alchohol.
Anti-Semitism as a caveat? Don't they know that is just what will make set them out for another pogrom?
Nobody likes anybody that gets exemptions from the rules.
you make a SINGLE exception, it will be twisted and contorted to make subjective speech verboten
anti-semitism iS a caveat
That it will.
because some cannot tell the difference between legit being critical of israel
and being anti-jew
If nobody likes anybody that gets exemptions from the rules, people wouldn't hold ambassadors in a high regard.
There is nothing wrong with being anti-jewish and nothing wrong with being critical of Israel. As long as you do not take violent action.
Some retard in my friendslist has a free game in his steam wishlist <:WaitWhatArmy:590858815189024778>
that isn't the point Zak
<:pot_of_kek:544849795433496586>
the point is that those are two seperate positions
Look, Samar, he's saving up for it.
Personally i agree, calls to violence mean nothing without actors. i think you should be able to charge someone with a call to violence if someone commits' violence in response to that call, but nothing else
@Ethaneth People don't hold ambassadors in high regard. Only elites do. And that is because elites think they are special, too.
and if you cannot tell the difference, it becomes a caveat to free speech
No, that's absolutely incorrect, ambassadors are in high regard at every level.
what if people commit violence
Its the only game in his wishlist too wtf
but its a misinterpretation
what then
you cant hold someone accountable for other peoples actions
action is not the same as speech even if the speech is a cALL to action
