The Hillary strategy was the most beautiful failure of strategy
It also lacks the containnent of a bomb and thus the sudden release of energy from a confined space, the reaction in a reactor is lower energy than a plutonium-uranium 238 reaction in a bomb core
And every pundit on TV calling out to make moves resembling that strategy are saying "I want this party to lose again"
Thus why when meltdowns occur they just become a danger puddle instead of vaporising a city
