Does anyone know any front end developers who would like to collaborate on creating a movie using only svg, and css animations?

@[Magus Mooresang] I want to build an application that accepts SVG's and plays them back as a movie. Using react or another framework as a basis, the project would become an open source movie maker for those want an SVG movie with animations. We would probably use GreenSock or another library to better handle the animations.

And, I am unsure where to find those who would like to help with that project. Artist would have to export images as an svg, but the developers would help with the actual animation
