Paying people to live who are too dumb to live is not sustainable. You need too big of a government to do that, and to have that big of a government, nobody would have any money so they'd all be under that decree.

Because you wanted to decide who lives and who dies because you think some people are stupid.

They are saying pay stupid people not to breed

So either dismantle The Great Society, or make it easier to opt out of Welfare.

Married families that are productive can exist without the state. They don't need welfare.

It would just be incentivising people to do good things.

Like get married, Stay together, Have stable jobs, etc.

The easiest thing to do would be to shut down welfare entirely and let the "dumb" people wise up.

Maybe they can get a Tax Cut via the Program.

We typically reward bad behavior and punish people doing "the good stuff"

People get a lot more clever when they have to to survive.

But be penalized for committing crimes.
