You can't compare humans and apes when it comes to intellectual capability because they have an entirely different development

Iq doesn't sufficiently represent all aspects of intelligence. Now, admittedly, I could do lots more research to tell you how. But I haven't bothered yet because I knew I had enough of an answer through many experiences.

Human brain development is what allows for advanced cognitive ability, animals do not have this

All IQ does is loosely and not very accureately measure cognitive ability

Just because someone has an IQ of 130 does not mean they are necessarily intelligent

It means they have higher potential for it

and it is almost impossible for a person to not reach that potential with it
