i actually tend to like a caste system just thematically
personal property is stuff like bed, house, toothbrush, phone
private property is stuff like factories, roads, hospitals
well if everyone in the country accumulates 20,000 per year, and all the wealth was reset, if theres no wealth cap someone is going to still borrow money and well have the same system over again
so its pointless to say "the worker maintains his own labor" or somesuch.
here's an idea
if you use something, then people agree that you own it
you live in the apartment, so you own it instead of some landlord
you work with the machinery, so you own it and not a boss
you own your labor and all it creates
if you accumulate a lot of wealth, then it's because you worked hard and benefitted from your own labor
that right there would be the ideal
*hoofpalm* but... the obvious thing is that there is a limited number of those resources and more people that want them
