Fascists want a strong state that benefits the people by having the best people rule over the lesser ones

i understand

All people of different proffesions will do good at the level where they are good at

but why should other people rule over others? who defines who is "better" and who is "less"?

why cannot I own myself?

It depends on the individual

You do own yourself but you must use yourself for the interests of the group

If you are good you go higher, if you do pooely you go lower

if I own myself can I disassociate from the group? also, why should I work for the interests of the group?
