Fascists want a strong state that benefits the people by having the best people rule over the lesser ones

i understand

All people of different proffesions will do good at the level where they are good at

but why should other people rule over others? who defines who is "better" and who is "less"?

If you are good you go higher, if you do pooely you go lower

Because some people are just better at doing things than others

Or work harder than others

Example: A dumb Lazy person doesnt deserve to rule over a Smart Hardworking person

alright I understand that, they can guide people who are less capable or in need of help, but I don't see the justification for "ruling" over them, you can help others without ruling others or getting ruled over

also, having rulers and ruled creates classes

The reason why we need to rule over them is because not everyone knows whats good for them
