because the ruling class SHOULD fear the working class.
different individuals have drives for material power and will go to different lengths to exert it
and the working class should serve the ruling class.
so no matter the system there will be a more material minded part of society that wields more worldly influence
small groups of people and individuals make better decisions than everyone deciding together. everyone together, however, is what makes a movement a movement and not a ronin.
