not sure I'm organized enough to document everything but I'll work towards it... I tend to do better with shooting from the hip

I've been doing it for a bit now
So right after you eat something you should probably log it in the app so u don't forget what you ate
And if it's like mine, the app will tell you the macros of the food you type in
I'll give it a shot, good habit to form
