A friend was banned from this server and is not allowed back in it unless they get rid (remove any references to Zed) from their group. I cannot find where in the rules that hosting an alternative Zeducation fan community on a free speech platform would be worthy of a ban. Is there some unspoken mechanic or loophole forbidding a member of this discord from hosting an alternative zeducation themed community?

This friend of your was kicked, not banned. I'm assuming this is MeMyselfAndI that you were referring to. The "unspoken mechanic" is known as respect for Zed and his brand. They were kicked because they decided to create an alternate server and began promoting it as a Zeducation server in other user's dms, which is against the server rules.

yeah, I've had to deal with them before. FYI to stop it just hit `ctrl shift esc` to open task manager and end discord, instead of restarting your entire pc (some people have done that xD)
