Fr though apple is the bomb
Also I'd way rather find a dead body, the murderer might turn on me if I was there
If I was a witness to a deadly assault then I’d be questioned by the police. If I’m questioned by the police I’ll have to admit that time in 2009 when I partook in illegally recording songs on the radio with my mom’s cassette tape recorder to playback later
And I can’t let that happen
So I’ll just have to pick finding a random dead body instead
☝️
finding a random dead body means i may be framed
witnessing an assault means i can still catch the killer/assault-er
but i'd also may be assault so...................
you can be framed if you witness an assault too
circumstantial evidence can screw you over sometimes
it's all circumstantial
Why would you have to admit that
I was thinking that
If you find a dead body and report it to the police
You'll be an instant suspect
Especially if you tamper with the crime scene
true. either way you're getting screwed. but for the first one you can at least film it or something
Also with the assault
The victim would probably be able to tell the police you're innocent
To affect the victim's memory
Oh wait
Deadly assault
So nvm
Well one advantage with that
You can give a description of the killer
You have a better story
"I saw this person kill this person"
is a much better story than
"I mysteriously found this dead body"
Yea lol
Yeah I think witnessing a deadly assault gives a better chance of finding that person guilty rather than finding a dead body and not knowing who it 100% was. I'm a son of a Captain at my sheriff's department that's been in law enforcement for over 20 years and hear this stuff all the time.
Couldn't ask for a better father though.<:salut:730846445732888630>
In a deadly assault, you have a small chance of saving someone. I would gladly give my life for someone else so there would be justice done in that situation much more.
Right with ya there bud.
I'll always try to do something either way in a situation like that.
The problem with defending somebody else (I'm going with the assumption it's not a family member or close friend because then I wouldn't care) is even with strong self defense laws like my state has, you can and unfortunately likely would be charged and maybe convicted (where if it becomes a felony you also lose your second amendment rights) for using my weapon when my life was not personaly in danger. I'd still likely try and intervene because I'm just like that but pulling a gun means you have to be willing to live with the death of someone who wasn't a direct threat to you along with the legal repercussions.
David actually talked
You might be thinking of Deev lol.
Yeah, if someone was being assaulted there would only dead person, and it would be the criminal. Technically I would have still witnessed a deadly assault.
