The move has, but now I need to get back into actually doing things that aren't part of that.

Moving really takes a lot out of you

For me writing it down is hard because sometimes what is in my head is difficult to put into words.

I mean I have written stuff a long time ago.

I am a storyteller verbally. Not so much literally speaking.

Words are my only useful talent. I'm only a writer because I lack the skills and talent to share what I create in any other way.

When I worked in a group home the kids all liked when I told them stories that I created.

When I would be driving them somewhere they would ask me questions about the characters.

I read this short story I wrote that was basically the Little Mermaid but instead of mermaids it was deadly basilisks and one of my little brothers was really into it until it got to the romance parts and then he walked out of the room just to annoy me, lol

Baen publishes actual books, and has been around for decades. If you go to an actual bookstore and check the fantasy and sci-fi sections, chances are half were published by Baen. Also, they pay you, not the other way around. LOL
