Psycopaths. From a young age they will kill helpless animals and later humans if they can get away with it.
If god is good, WHY would he allow something like that to be born. Something so fundamentally, morally and ethically broken to exist and not only be a broken thing that cant be fixed, but make one that willingly and knowingly enjoys the suffering of others or killing them?

Hmm, i'm going to try my best and process this, and try and come up with an answer for you. :) I apologize that I may not be the best spoken or things may not come across the way I would like, but I would love to talk with you about it.

It bothers me that I dont have an answer or justification for this, because I normally do. Because they are people who without drugs and intense conditioning will not be functioning in society beyond killers which is a sin.

In the beginning, God created heaven and the earth. God created Adam and Eve and said go forth and multiply. But God also created the Tree of the Knowledge of Good & Evil. He gave man a choice, and man chose poorly. They were driven out of the garden and became essentially evil. They wanted all the knowledge of God and sinned to get that. And this is when the earth 'fell'. Have you heard the statement that we live in a fallen world? That is because we sinned and fell into a world that had evil in it now. But anyways, from before you were born, God knew who you are and what your life would be. But here's the catch, we have free will. God may have a plan for us from birth, but we stray from that path. Parents can also be living a life of sin, and abuse their kids. A lot of the time kids who have psychopathic tendencies have suffered some form of trauma which causes emotional issues. But children born into a place of trauma are going to have life issues, God didn't create them that way, you know? But we are all broken until we find God. I believe even killers can be saved. But we just have to think that God didn't have that purpose for them, the broken world caused this.

I hope this answers some of it, feel free to ask me any other questions you might have, I enjoy theological questions. And trust me, I have questions and sometimes things bother me too. But that's part of having faith. We cant have all the answers.

Also from the moment we are born God gives us free will and since we are naturally fallen we tend to exploit our free will. Children when they are born do not fully understand what is moral. They develop an understanding of that through life. Kind of like what others are saying we are all lost and confused without God it is important to understand that without God ther ewouldn't even be morality so life without out him is lost.

"That is because we sinned and fell into a world that had evil in it now." WE never sinned, it was the sins of the father so to speak and if that is the case he could have simply prevented more evil from being born after a few generations. But again this is dodging some of the issue.

Psychopaths are born with an innate desire of irredeemable evil. Why would God allow a person to be born who is so morally and ethically broken they WONT make the right choice? I can justify the existance of evil choices but how is being evil from birth justified?

Yes yes yes, but HOW could a good God allow something that WILL kill and harm others at every chance they are given? Something that will not want redemption and may be incapable of feeling guilt or remorse.

I am not talking about someone who makes a bad life choice and shoots someone.

I am talking about a kid that kills little animals while they are young, getting older and moving on to more things an even children and then women and people and its more natural for them than swimming to a fish.

From a doctrinal perspective, no. Some members believe that we can become a God of our own planet(s) and such but it is not a church supported idea. It is mentioned in different places from the Book of Mormon that we can "become like unto God" or similar phrases. It's really up to personal interpretation. Some see it as we will one day be able to become perfect like God and others interpret it as saying we will be able to become a God like God.

Wtf? Nobody is born evil, that's like dumb af. I'm not some idiot who'll agree that there's no such thing as true evil in this world, cause that's false. There is true evil in this world, some people, some things, are just truly evil.

How can you repent if you A. Dont feel like you committed a wrong, B. Cannot feel remorse or guilt and and C. would do it again in heartbeat?

That is not what it means, in greek the word metanoia is used meaning a change of mind. it's not just emotions.
