Well this turned out pretty good.

Here’s a dessert I created at work, It’s a Tuile with Vanilla Mousse, a Blood Orange and Kiwi Coulis, Candied Orange Peel, and then fresh Raspberries, Kiwi, and Blood Orange.

I’m having a late breakfast today...
