Rowing is the best cardio but only if you can actually row. Probably the assault bike/airdyne is next best. Mix up hiit sessions with steady state (30-45 minutes) sessions

white rice would be fine. I would maybe also rotate in sweet potato, sprouts, light amount of pasta.
not a nutrition expert but those are pretty safe choices.
just make sure you are working out and not snacking a ton.

Are you studying for a test or are you working on a project/paper?
But when I was in school (mid 20's college grad) the best study strats for me include doing the study guide if you have one and writing down the answers multiple times.
If you need help getting motivated then you need to set a hard deadline on when you want to get your studying done and not be a bitch and do it.

Depends. Could be something simple like flash cards or the questions at the end of the chapters of your text book. Could also just be writing summaries of each section of your text. Hard to tell without knowing your material.
The main concept Is that when you write down the material it helps you recall that material later.
and if you understand the material well enough to summarize it then you should be learning it
