I guess but most gyms don’t have very heavy dumbbells
70kg/154lbs are the heaviest at my gym. Pretty manageable

Half a gallon is honestly easy if you space it out right
Only dealt with a little bloat today because I ate a ton of food unlike usual
Being flexible is one thing, being stable and strong in those positions is another.
Bloating and eating tons of food is good
rest days are a MEME
If you're in a position where you can get 10 hours of sleep then you don't need rest days tbh
