Guys I have a coworker who is very cold and a smart ass to the point of being insufferable. What would be the proper catholic/christian way to deal with this person? I try to always be upbeat and light hearted at work but this person really frustrates me.

I just pray before I leave the house every morning, only about a minute nothing major, though I'm no role model
