Omelette with rice and oyster sauce on side
Oats with little bit vanilla essence and blueberries
Also stop dodging fats
It's important to have enough protein, carbs and fats in your diet
Fried rice with much less oil, peas, carrots, spinach, omelette, a bit of shredded chicken or pork, and a tiny bit of soy sauce for color is one of my favorites
>soy sauce.

jampotl doesnt understand cooking
dont worry
@Niccolo some of my favourite bulking meals are chicken curries (rogan josh, korma, etc with rice) and pasta
Aight
Just experiment with cooking and add your own touches to recipes you find
is there some sort of food calculator online that lists a good amount of different meals and their protein/fat/carbs/calories that you would be able to use to form a menu for yourself according to how much of each you need
i think
wow thanks for the input fried
hold on
alright thank you
you kinda have to do the number crunching yourself there
if you just search food calculator theres a bunch of results
well I'm interested in something that lists already made meals and not just ingredients
hmmm
I'm not gonna eat raw flour on it's own
that's kinda my problem
I am indecivise on food
that nutritionvalue.org site makes you search a food and add it to a list
and it gives the thing you would read on the back of something you were buying at a store
yeah the problem is that I have to know things I want to eat in the first place though
