You can dice the chicken and stir fry it with the vegetables with a soy sauce with a little bit of sugar and corn starch sauce for flavor
Omelette with rice and oyster sauce on side
Oats with little bit vanilla essence and blueberries
It's important to have enough protein, carbs and fats in your diet
Fried rice with much less oil, peas, carrots, spinach, omelette, a bit of shredded chicken or pork, and a tiny bit of soy sauce for color is one of my favorites

is there some sort of food calculator online that lists a good amount of different meals and their protein/fat/carbs/calories that you would be able to use to form a menu for yourself according to how much of each you need
