is there some sort of food calculator online that lists a good amount of different meals and their protein/fat/carbs/calories that you would be able to use to form a menu for yourself according to how much of each you need

and it gives the thing you would read on the back of something you were buying at a store

i just eat basic meals and shit that doesnt combine a bunch of stuff
like baked beans green beans and steak etc
oats leave me hungry they are absolutely worthless as a meal on their own
not mixing a load of shit into one food item
