now u have 3 actions you may take

Well being?

u can then look at these action and judge whats the action thats best for well being

yea lets say of all humans

well beaing of all humans

u may want it to include animals etc but lets not go there now

u can then look at moral choices

and say which is leading to the goal of making humanity be well

or do least amount of harm

u can say some examples

and we judge them

maybe a dilemma?

lets look at the one with the train
