"law that lets citizens shoot cops" is an extremely vague statement and could either be based af or retarded af
Cops should be within the law to pursue criminals into their place of residence with a certain standard of reasonable suspicion or probable cause.
```The measure is essentially just a public-servant-specific amendment to the state's 2006 so-called Castle Doctrine bill, which allows people to do whatever they have to to stop someone from illegally entering a home or car``` If it is faithful to the spirit of the Castle Doctrine as described here, the amendment is based.
```"Somebody is going get away with killing a cop because of this law."``` If this is in fact true, the amendment is fatally broken.
The people who celebrate the death of *good* cops are Communists and the Satanic. They're the ones chanting ACAB, the bootlicking scum of society.
True
ACAB.
@Thomas the Sowell Train [USA] Its not what the hype is. In most states, courts will side with a citizen who shoots a cop who enters their property without identifying themselves.
This is just codifying it in law, instead of relying on court edict.
The freak out is because leftests HATE Castle/Stand your ground laws.
Makes sense
Statist authoritarians dont want to be punished for violating personal rights
