My group's about to start a city scape campaign where the city is corrupt af

well that's why we're only gonna start with 2500 worth of nonmagical gear

welp we beat the green dragon

all it took was 5 days of preparing an ambush

that ambush included.... magic scrolls, a ballista, and training a retired soldier how to load a ballista...

me being a rouge. was of course the one to fire the ballista getting that extra bit of sneak attack dmg.... also because i was the only one without multi-attack. so it would make sense anyways.

first round our paladin took a poison blast to the face. failed the save and took something like 50 dmg. luckily we were able to kill it before it got off a second.

the combat lasted a total of 4 rounds

he tried to run away but....

a 3 level magic missile from our sorcerer ended that

my kenku is now looking for a tanner to make him some new green digs

I killed 140 enemy soldiers and destroyed 4 boats single handed with my character.

Darkness and devils sight is such a OP thing.

Control water has its uses

I killed thousands with a cleric, removing the water from underneath a convoy of army transport ships sailing down a large river, then let the water flood back on top of the broken ships drowning everyone on board.

I now have an AC of 24 👌

20 dex 20 cha because Hide of Cinders from COFSA. Which ends up in 20. Plus one from Master of Evasion. Then I can use a reaction to give myself +1 ac with blade mastery, but with combat master I add +2 to the first one when I go into a defensive stance.
