gun control does work. you need to breathe right before pulling the trigger and use as many hard points for support as you have to and sooner than later bullets will start flying where you want them.
.40S&W = in between 9x19 and .45ACP - higher soft tissue performance than 9x19 but lower hard target performance; still better hard target than .45ACP I think - still shit for carbines
.357 sig = best hard target performance of the lot, probably over-penetrates even with jhp in soft targets (which is why the shelf ammo is almost always gimped to 1350 fps instead of 1550-1600) insane out of a carbine and energy-wise it performs like a .300BLK out of a 16" barrel
10mm = unicorn hand cannon bear hunting cartridge - technically better than 357 sig IMO but ammo availability I think sucks horribly and expensive. 357 sig you can make from .40 S&W brass which means insane availability.
I mean, do these people sit around at a table actually talking about how they don't want people to own guns because they don't want to, ultimately, be held accountable for what they do ?
@Nordhand but I don't think that's the conversations the people proposing these laws have - I don't think, when no one is looking, they talk about lowering crime - perhaps as a secondary matter I suppose - but I wonder about how the conversations go when they are writing these things behind closed doors do they literally say things like "I don't want my constituents to have the ability to shoot me when I sell them out"
That’s all they are. There is blood on the hands of the NRA and the United States Congress and state legislatures in all 50 states because they allow this shit to go on. I’ll tell you what it is. It’s insane.
