So mixed news on Kavanaugh confirmation: Heidi Heitkamp (Senator of ND, Democrat) just announced her No vote on Kavanaugh. The upshot is her re-election was teetering anyway so this No vote is her throwing away any pretention she might have had of being re-elected.
