If I were Trump I would send in the US military to protect conservatives’ rights to free speech on all campuses nationwide, and to prevent anyone from interrupting any speaking or public events held by conservatives anywhere whether it would be on campuses or somewhere else. If the US military and police have to shoot to kill rioters dressed in black and carrying Antifa flags and emblems in public, whether they’re armed or not, I would have them do it.

I wouldn't do it like that. Maybe like this: if the city/state claims to be unable to provide security for a speaker, deploy the military to provide security, declare a state of emergency, and open an investigation on the city/state over failing to provide public security.

I would also force Silicon Valley to stop their censorship or else they have to pay 90% tax rates on everything they do until accounts on Facebook, twitter, and every social media site that were suspended for wrong think reopened.

Because seriously, something as mundane as a speech, if the local government can't handle it, maybe they're stealing the money they should be using for security? Or maybe they're inciting the violence, making them actually terrorists.
