If a judge gives you an order, you don't violate the order, you fight it in the court.
Same thing with being unjustly arrested. You don't try to physically subdue the cop arresting you.

He was reporting on it, he admitted he knew there was a gag order. The physical location where he reported from is irrelevant.
The more you argue against things that aren't wrong, the weaker your case becomes. Focus on the the things that are actually outrageous (if they're true.)
Like, Lauren Southern was spreading the thing about the Judge saying "so what if he gets killed?" That could be something to get people up in arms. If true, that is.
