@Legiondude What I'm reading from this 9th circuit document, is that open carry is completely legal, and there exists limitations on that still in "Northhampton analogue laws", in which you may be liable for an extra fine via a state bond if you use your openly carried firearm in *accessory* to a breach of the peace, or in a threatening manner, but your right to carry may still not be removed.
