I haven't seen him say anything like that either, sans that immigrants shouldn't be able to cross the border and latch directly onto welfare. I've no doubt a Jew would want security checks on immigration applicants
Here's what would make sense: if a company is willing to sponsor a foreigner to come and work for them, in the USA, that should be mostly unrestricted. Check if he isn't a criminal, a terrorist, or something.
