At it's core laissez faire has no consumer protection, no anti-cartell laws, no nothing

Hence why we invented the free-market to keep the capitalists in check

voluntary transactions of good and services without third party interference can't be evil

people can be evil

And public health care usually isn't as effective as private health care when comes to profit per money spent
