i wouldn't dream of putting that opinion upon you, i'm just making the assertion that it could be environmental and no fault of their own.

2018-05-29 14:59:32 UTC

And we have to understand it can take generations for other cultures to catch up with ours

2018-05-29 15:00:01 UTC

Well it isn't anyone else fault, it is their fault but the environment is also harsher

2018-05-29 15:01:04 UTC

In nice locations like rome or Spain I could imagine just sitting around outside at most seasons of the year (obviously not winter because 80% of cultures respond the same way to winter)

2018-05-29 15:01:32 UTC

Easier to operate in a stable climate. Australia gets indescribably hot in summer

2018-05-29 15:01:52 UTC

well there's many factors as well there, the majority of europeans are eurasian by nature, which may have had the 'special sauce' for the culture to advance as quickly and as far as it did

2018-05-29 15:02:02 UTC

I remember days of walking to McDonald's and it was like standing in front of a heater with the fan going

2018-05-29 15:02:14 UTC

india and asia as a whole have some of the worlds longest standing civilizations under their belts after all

2018-05-29 15:02:26 UTC

This is overcast and hot and windy. Trying to evolve in that would be fucked

2018-05-29 15:02:49 UTC

I guess it's related to the disposition of rivers and good land to farm

when you aren't starving and working on the next meal you have time to find other pursuits

2018-05-29 15:03:26 UTC

Yeah but you have to develop that idea before toy even think about how much space you need to do it

2018-05-29 15:03:43 UTC

if true nep, that's incredibly unfortunate

2018-05-29 15:04:29 UTC

Im pretty high rn but this stuff is making sense in my head

2018-05-29 15:04:48 UTC

in some regions the first painting was with chalk or ash specifically, whatever was most available, ground up then blown across their hand to make certain images or using their fingers to draw types of animals

2018-05-29 15:05:06 UTC

some are FAR more advanced than their counterparts however and can be even seen as more modern

2018-05-29 15:05:22 UTC

Yeah i think the only aboriginal art they found were finger paintings on a wall

2018-05-29 15:05:27 UTC

Brown and white

2018-05-29 15:05:40 UTC

Anyone got an in depth story to hand about the reporting ban on Robsinon being lifted?

2018-05-29 15:05:52 UTC

i think there were also painted stones in australia.. but i could be wrong

2018-05-29 15:06:09 UTC

and could have been hoaxed, only heard it once in a documentary and never again

"Papunya art consists of various paint colours like yellow (representing the sun), brown (the soil), red (desert sand) and white (the clouds and the sky). These are traditional Aboriginal colours."

I can’t tell if Owen Jones is retarded, or just deliberately malevolent

2018-05-29 15:17:53 UTC

A bit of both most likely

2018-05-29 15:29:52 UTC

2018-05-29 15:35:12 UTC

I think I can still see lines that you tries to erase, but overall it's great

2018-05-29 15:35:39 UTC

Carl?

2018-05-29 15:36:04 UTC

it's really well done in all honesty, i can see the erased right eye but otherwise that's what happens with pencil shading

2018-05-29 15:36:59 UTC

Oh it's out now
