Even though none of these subs would surprise me, considering the fucking crazy things that are said on public TV in that region, nowadays you've gotta doublecheck all these subs now that MEMRITV isn't being ignored by everyone (like it seemed to be in the 00s)
From what I know, MEMRI subs are basically 100% accurate, but they only deign to translate enough 'normal' stuff to semi-legitimize their partisan stuff.
I'm not saying that subs are not accurate; I'm saying people taking screenshots and adding their own in a MEMRI-style
Every now and then the subs will have a black background, and in others they will have a semi-transparent black background
Come to think of it, it'd still be easy enough to lift the 'watermarks' and add the subs in to make it look even more genuine
not aiming my thoughts at the above in particular, but something that's been on my mind
