12 mins late to first stop which is 12 mins outside the city

Train front of us is 20 mins late

So we cant even go faster to make up the time

The train is delayed because the passengers arent pushing it fast enough

That kind of delay would be grounds for getting your money back and/or getting a free taxi to your destination, here, at least.
