If it has no biolgical foundations it must be external stimuli

2018-09-20 22:29:47 UTC

attraction to inanimate objects is a learnt behaviour

2018-09-20 22:30:01 UTC

usually caused by parents

2018-09-20 22:31:24 UTC

Humans are social animals, while we do have biologically programmed reflexes and responses, guidance and reinforcement are usually required by the parent

2018-09-20 22:31:37 UTC

or social group

2018-09-20 22:33:12 UTC

If you raise a kid with a sexual attraction to trains, that's called autism

2018-09-20 22:33:49 UTC

they've known being gay is environmental forever

2018-09-20 22:33:58 UTC

@Dwarforn Don't let Bakeon hear you saying these things

2018-09-20 22:33:59 UTC

its just been buried by jews

2018-09-20 22:34:28 UTC

that last post is a meme

2018-09-20 22:35:03 UTC

*Won't get fooled AGAIN!!!!*

2018-09-20 22:35:16 UTC

God dammit

2018-09-20 22:36:40 UTC

that study says 40% genetic 60% learnt. But I would say that the 60% is probably a statistic that would apply to the Bi community

2018-09-20 22:36:59 UTC

those percentages are always guesses yeah

2018-09-20 22:37:13 UTC

science is all founded on hypothesis

2018-09-20 22:37:17 UTC

60% is due to not loving Jesus enough

2018-09-20 22:37:26 UTC

cause like 1% of gay people have genetics that will make the environment not matter and they will be gay

2018-09-20 22:38:23 UTC

and environment usually counts as postnatal development

2018-09-20 22:38:29 UTC

isnt the idea of animal species and natural selection to have those with the best genes reproduce to extend the lineage of their biological group

2018-09-20 22:38:57 UTC

yes but it doesnt always work that way

2018-09-20 22:39:02 UTC

About that healthcare/abortion argument earlier, in past times, adults used to take care of their parents, and the private sector is better suited for taking care of the needy instead of redistribution of wealth, anyway, but I'm interrupting.

2018-09-20 22:39:24 UTC

The biological purpose of gays is to be house servants for the Ruler's concubines.

2018-09-20 22:42:07 UTC

@Durtle02 homosexuality has existed in all known cultures completely independently (Polynesians who have been isolated for 8,000 years for example) since recorded history and it's been observed in most mammals as well it is not learned behavior

2018-09-20 22:42:28 UTC

a lot of homosexuality in animals isnt fucking though

2018-09-20 22:42:48 UTC

Some chimps fuck frogs. Does that have a genetic origin and purpose as well?

2018-09-20 22:42:49 UTC

a group of otters fucking a dead seal corpse isn't 'learned' either but they still do it

2018-09-20 22:43:05 UTC

Sure but that's due to their being animals who only run on instinct, they will still *try* to fuck

2018-09-20 22:43:27 UTC

I could say the same about homosexuality

2018-09-20 22:43:39 UTC

What do you mean

2018-09-20 22:43:59 UTC

Have they found a gene that makes people gay?

2018-09-20 22:44:16 UTC

The treatment of homosexuals and their behavior/culture has changed but the rate at which gay people exist is a relative constant

2018-09-20 22:44:21 UTC

no they were just saying that its part environmental @Deleted User

2018-09-20 22:44:48 UTC

That is why i was asking about the gene

2018-09-20 22:45:01 UTC

because percentages...

2018-09-20 22:45:14 UTC

i think there seems to be more gay people cause you would be killed a few years ago

2018-09-20 22:45:39 UTC

My hypothesis is external interfereance or teenage mothers not producing addequite prenatal testosterone

2018-09-20 22:45:48 UTC

You also have to consider than sexuality isn't as clear-cut as gay straight bisexual, for instance someone who is bisexual might in one instance revile homosexuality and never realize that they are bisexual because they've just been content with heterosexual relationships, while in another era the same person might discover their homo side first

2018-09-20 22:45:51 UTC

It's still not *normal.*

2018-09-20 22:46:05 UTC

@Fitzydog and you're the arbiter of normality are you?
