i can't gain weight even if I tried
I’m like 25 and I’m no where near fat
I dont even own a personal scale
You know I thought that too, I was 110 at 5'10 two years ago I just started working out and bulked up @Deleted User
ye but i don't want to do that <:think_madpepe:378717098630971395>
@thatguykyle that sounds pretty beefy
I'm like 63kg and 186cm (6'1" and 138lb in americlap units :P)
Everything changes in time..just have to see the goal and progress towards it.
You can gain or lose weight..but it's often at a slow pace to be effective.
6'1" 138lbs?.....
@Deleted User I actually CAN gain weight. Had to go on a fucking diet last year I put on 20lb
why tho
The macaroni is a spy
63kg for 186cm, does the wind sometimes blow you over?
it does me <:GWcorbinFeelsDabMan:385111042218262529>
So I just think bmi is a stupid measurement, it says I'm overwieght but I have less than 15% badyfat so I'm clearly healthy
@Astarith I hope I didn't bungle up the units <_< 6 feet one inch
Must be built like a swimmer.. but everyone is a bit different.
Don't put too much stock in bmi, there's more too it than that
bmi cant handle muscle mass
Exactly
@Holy Intersectional Inquisition I'm pretty fit actually, I go hiking through the woods
Also I went as fat as 73 kg
eww
diet was a bitch...
@EuropeanDerg it just seems so light for almost 190cm
@Deleted User working out is fun though
no >:(
I'm 1,98 and 92kg
the only working out i would do is like, squats or something
and i'm too lazy even for that <:GWqlabsKek:393085130219978752>
@thatguykyle yeah body fat also matters, but most people aren't that bulky they're just fat
When you rocking the 12-25 range there is a lot of wiggle room in there. It's more when you start seeing the 50%+ BMI saying they are fit at any weight..
@Holy Intersectional Inquisition holy shit what kind of race of Ubermensch are you lol :P
True, ig once you reach that point your not too worried about health @EuropeanDerg
german, ofc <:pepe_smug:560207654207750154>
@Deleted User I just stopped eating in the evening and the weight went down on its own. Also maybe wored out a bit more than usual, but I work out anyways
oh
i eat mostly at night tbh <:GWqlabsKek:393085130219978752>
@Deleted User unhealthy my dude, it goes straight into the bellyfat
I just ate some fats and protiens and trained 3 days a week at first then went up to 5 days a week, put on 75 lbs of lean muscle in 2 years
not for me <:GWjiangoPenguDab:408280804675026965>
