2019-04-24 18:48:35 UTC

2019-04-24 18:48:40 UTC

i can't gain weight even if I tried

2019-04-24 18:48:58 UTC

I’m like 25 and I’m no where near fat

2019-04-24 18:49:23 UTC

I dont even own a personal scale

2019-04-24 18:49:34 UTC

You know I thought that too, I was 110 at 5'10 two years ago I just started working out and bulked up @Deleted User

2019-04-24 18:49:46 UTC

ye but i don't want to do that <:think_madpepe:378717098630971395>

2019-04-24 18:49:58 UTC

@thatguykyle that sounds pretty beefy
I'm like 63kg and 186cm (6'1" and 138lb in americlap units :P)

2019-04-24 18:50:03 UTC

Everything changes in time..just have to see the goal and progress towards it.

You can gain or lose weight..but it's often at a slow pace to be effective.

2019-04-24 18:50:14 UTC

6'1" 138lbs?.....

2019-04-24 18:50:37 UTC

@Deleted User I actually CAN gain weight. Had to go on a fucking diet last year I put on 20lb

2019-04-24 18:50:44 UTC

why tho

2019-04-24 18:50:57 UTC

The macaroni is a spy

2019-04-24 18:51:25 UTC

63kg for 186cm, does the wind sometimes blow you over?

2019-04-24 18:51:39 UTC

it does me <:GWcorbinFeelsDabMan:385111042218262529>

2019-04-24 18:52:02 UTC

So I just think bmi is a stupid measurement, it says I'm overwieght but I have less than 15% badyfat so I'm clearly healthy

2019-04-24 18:52:06 UTC

@Astarith I hope I didn't bungle up the units <_< 6 feet one inch

2019-04-24 18:52:25 UTC

Must be built like a swimmer.. but everyone is a bit different.

2019-04-24 18:52:27 UTC

Don't put too much stock in bmi, there's more too it than that

2019-04-24 18:52:55 UTC

bmi cant handle muscle mass

2019-04-24 18:53:01 UTC

Exactly

2019-04-24 18:53:03 UTC

@Holy Intersectional Inquisition I'm pretty fit actually, I go hiking through the woods

2019-04-24 18:53:06 UTC

BMI is a rough estimate, overall health and fitness is the gauge from there.

2019-04-24 18:53:19 UTC

Also I went as fat as 73 kg

2019-04-24 18:53:30 UTC

eww

2019-04-24 18:53:32 UTC

diet was a bitch...

2019-04-24 18:53:37 UTC

@EuropeanDerg it just seems so light for almost 190cm

2019-04-24 18:53:52 UTC

@Deleted User working out is fun though

2019-04-24 18:54:00 UTC

no >:(

2019-04-24 18:54:07 UTC

I'm 1,98 and 92kg

2019-04-24 18:54:16 UTC

the only working out i would do is like, squats or something

2019-04-24 18:54:24 UTC

and i'm too lazy even for that <:GWqlabsKek:393085130219978752>

2019-04-24 18:54:24 UTC

@thatguykyle yeah body fat also matters, but most people aren't that bulky they're just fat

2019-04-24 18:54:35 UTC

When you rocking the 12-25 range there is a lot of wiggle room in there. It's more when you start seeing the 50%+ BMI saying they are fit at any weight..

2019-04-24 18:55:04 UTC

@Holy Intersectional Inquisition holy shit what kind of race of Ubermensch are you lol :P

2019-04-24 18:55:21 UTC

True, ig once you reach that point your not too worried about health @EuropeanDerg

2019-04-24 18:55:21 UTC

german, ofc <:pepe_smug:560207654207750154>

2019-04-24 18:55:58 UTC

@Deleted User I just stopped eating in the evening and the weight went down on its own. Also maybe wored out a bit more than usual, but I work out anyways
