what's your body fat percentage?
60
BF% is about 9%
I just tone like crazy
But I want to stop toning so much and build more muscle
So I gotta eat more to fill out a bit

Yeah. Had chest day today, but my chest just takes way too long to develop
Yeah I'm the same way. Takes me a long time to build muscle but the fat melts off me real quick

How to overcome an aggressive metabolic process ?
I seem to only gain muscle but no fat at all, and it's really concerning as far as my overall health is concerned
GOMAD
Plenty of fats and carbs in your meals. Cook with oils that have more fat/calories (coconut oil is good, tastes great too)
I know, the problem is that no matter how much I eat I still only gain muscle and only muscle, I told you I have an aggressive metabolic process
I fear the health consequences of the lack of fat
I use Olive oil in my food though
I struggle to gain fat too. Just gotta stay in a caloric surplus.
Why do it matter
Eat more fatty foods
best not be doing any cardio
any of you
@esports athlete Never done cardio in my life
@Stonecutters Dude that's the issue in here: I do eat foods that contain fat but still not gaining much fat, sometimes not gaining fat at all
eat carbs to gain weight not fat
eat more sugar if you can, I hate sweet foods myself
get poke
@esports athlete Sugar as in "artificial sweeteners" ?? I thought they're harmful to muscle gain ?
sugar as in sugar
simple soluble carb
ez fat gains
Define aggressive metabolism. I'm not familiar
