He definitely threw away his entire professional future in a very public way for $100 000.
@Tyro Inchoate I like to imagine that during this period of silence the legal team have been doing ridiculous amounts of planning, research/discovery, archiving, and case building before they go to absolutely roger these people.
you are the ones who are the ball lickers
@ebowden Same. Legal stuff takes time and he's got a good one.

I watch this video every few months to remind myself that, in reality, Japan is an awful shithole.

@druiz Yet if you were to steal one of the panties of these girls from a clothesline, an entire team of detectives would be dedicated to catching you.
@druiz And they WOULD catch you. The investigators in Japan are bored out of their minds, but they are still good at their jobs.

THROWBACK to the FALL of 2004, where every 35+ (and some young ones too) pro motorbike rider in the USA thought that racing the AMA Supermoto Championship was a nice idea. http://youtu.be/rwkwXszEEjc
The 2003 AMA Supermoto Championship had a very special format in that it wasn't a real championship. All year long, the "rounds" didn't add real points, they were qualifier events. The top5 finishers in each qualifier plus a bunch of other contenders qualified for the final event.
