@ebowden - It's actually easy once you understand how sports regulations work:
· Women's competitions = just actual women.
· Men's competitions = everything, even actual women if they wish so.
In most sports, men's competitions are actually "open" so even a woman could compete. That's why you see a lot of girls in under-11 sports events.
