The problem would be getting just the right ratio, Fe16N2.

Develop a process where Fe16N2 is pressed together sintered in just the right mitrogen atmosphere to keep its ratio, coated in hexagonal boron nitride, then put through hot isostatic pressing.

Not really, I have no idea if this would work.

This process would have to be carefully balanced to have the nitrogen to get Fe16N2, and not let that nitrogen escape, while not forming the undesired Fe4N.

THEN you would have to anneal and cold forge it.
