Women are point blank barred from leadership roles in the church, in multiple places it's made clear that only men can hold positions of authority in the church, women are for nurturing positions like tending to the children and such

There's nothing in the Bible that says women can't be in ministry. It was misinterpreted in Paul's letters. But even Mary Magdalene had a ministry
I do have a question its been on my mind for awhile and I seem to get different answers depending on who I ask, are the Hebrews of the modern day actually Christians , Hebrews as in Gods chosen because the modern Jewish religion rejects the notion that Christ is salvation or the messiah, wouldnt it be correct to assume then the christians are Gods chosen?
Also wanted to seek some enlightenment on the book of enoch as I hear many people talk about it but Im unsure if I should take it in or not.
Who came up with the term God's chosen people? And if there was such thing as chosen people why are there so many other people? Why didn't God just let them suffer and die already like thousands of years ago?
