they'd have to have set up serious operations to even be able to read the messages that just say "sup" and "1h ok?" "sure" but international operations to actually trace it to anyone
They likely won't go through all the tor trouble for one body, unless they can clearly see that's the way to go.

bigger problem when they need to start having to cooperate with china and russia to trace all the tor nodes (since they need to each make sure it's not part of their own cyber-military operations before they even can begin the process to allow the release of the information)
@Col. Jack O'Neill SG-1 that's a good point honestly I never thought about prints from actually loading the clip, but my immediate thought was to get a loading machine, plenty of thugs buy money counting machines so something similar for loading bullets shouldn't be too much
most I find are just things that help you load a clip but you still need to mess with the bullets one by one, this is the only one I found that lets you just dump bullets into a thing from a box (although a bowl design would be way superior)
