Moreover, you will have been the last person to see him. You'll be suspect #1. Your alibi wont hold up, they never do if they're lies. The cameras will see you both going to, and coming from the scene. It takes more than gloves to keep DNA away. If you have a phone there are ways to get location data, even if you have location off.
This is, of course, if the detectives are worth anything. If not, you'll get away, but what I listed plus a lot more has to go right.

they'd have to have set up serious operations to even be able to read the messages that just say "sup" and "1h ok?" "sure" but international operations to actually trace it to anyone
