i'd recommend paleo/keto/ineterrmitent fasting to anyone who asks, but its not necessary. melatonin is the best sleepining supplement, 100% natural and legal, no negative side effects, and you get very vivid dreams
I just started the niacin. Itβs good for nerves and removes plack from the heart and brain.
Although be careful with sleep supplements
I got to a point where I couldn't sleep without them, had to wean myself off
Headspace is a good app for meditation, believe there's even a cracked version if you don't wanna pay
Hey team
I'm having a hard time managing my anger towards feminism recently, not sure what to do about it
#metoo
I look at YouTube videos of the more intelligent women who disavow the current political crisis in man-woman relations.
Gives me hope for the species.
yeah, that might help short term, but I feel like I need an outlet, every time I come across something that makes me angry the anger is worse and worse, closer to the surface and more powerful
just 'calming down' isn't really a release of it
maybe I should get a boxing bag
I hope you feel better Maxthx
Thanks Drew

Yes I love how people always invoke the Constitution
They say something or point out something that has nothing to do with the Constitution then cute that as evidence of something being unconstitutional.
state law is starting to supersede federal law across the board
in many ways it has for decades
a great example is Marijuana
which is still federally illegal
or a more apt comparison is alcohol regulation, states have differing laws about the sale and usage and alcohol, and have for decades
but you don't see people protesting that Utah doesn't allow the sale of hard alcohol
well you do but... not with outrage
Yeah I think it is best to let the states decide
yeah, Alabama and Georgia didn't pass those laws in a vacuum, they elected extremely conservative leaders and they are following their ideals and promises
I'm curious what the actual in-state popularity of those laws are
Yeah I don't know. I hope this makes its way to the supreme Court and I hope they reexamine roe v wade. I know they are always reluctant to touch that one but I would like to see if the modern justices agree with the reasoning of the decision.
well the current Supreme Court is rather conservative itself
which is why people are worried Roe vs Wade will be overturned
it was one of the main points being discussed about Kavannaugh getting his seat
but it doesn't really matter
if Roe vs Wade is overturned you'll just a slew of more liberal states passing laws protecting abortion
Federal Law is becoming less and less important
Right but roe.v Wade is what prevents laws at the state level from being enforceable.
If it was overturned it wouldn't ban abortion outright. It would be up to the states.
Unless a law was passed on the federal level banning it, which states would likely ignore the way they do marijuana and immigration laws.
