@TMatthews in some parts of the country maybe, but I can't think of any reasons Pelosi is particularly bad. She's moderate by Democrat standards.

her district is 50% Hispanic, but it was mostly the liberal whites that voted her in because her own people are too lazy to go vote
AOC genuinely isn't intelligent. She won because her opponent was a white man in a majority minority district where half the population was born abroad and doesn't speak English

It seems like one or two districts where the representative was decades out of sync with the constituent demographics, an easy pick-up.

It will take some time, but districts will increasingly sort by demographics and majority minority districts tend to elect minorities. The future of the dems is Cortez, not Clinton
