And fold it into a Triangle
Other than how to gently pound it flat with a kitchen mallet....this is the hardest part.
You donβt want to have any holes through the skin or in your folds because the Cheesy goodness will run out as you cook it.
Now Refrigerate it after making them so that will maintain shape when you cook them. I usually put them in the Refrigerator for a couple hours before cooking.
I made 3 and will cook each one a different way for examples.
The only way I left out was to bread or batter and Fry them..
Maybe some other time.
This one I baked at 350 for 20 minutes... itβs edible now but I will put grill marks on it to make it more appetizing.
So I put it on the Grill for just a few minutes on each side, obviously the one that is being cooked by grilling will take longer.
This one I am Blackening which is a Cajun style of searing Cajun seasonings on the outside with a cast iron skillet and butter or oil... the trick is to flip it one time and keep the seasoning on both sides.
About 7-8 minutes on each side depending on thickness and temperature.
One flip....
And itβs done.
Letβs plate them up and see.
That looks pretty good...the chicken is moist and tender and the cheese melted....
Any Questions?
Looks awesome, havenβt had that in quite a while, theyβre pretty tasty
What did you use on the bread?
Woah it looks like a sandwich but the bread is chicken
A sandwich chicken
Protein pancake cereal
Tried making crepes for the first time except it kept sticking to the pan so I used so much oil to keep it from sticking but they came out a little greasy
I mixed butter ,garlic salt and cheddar cheese together then spread it on both sides of the bread and grilled it in a pan.
Grilling Bread with Just Butter on each side is Way better than toasting it.
SourDough bread is common up here.
If you butter both sides and grill it in a pan or cast iron skillet it tastes way better than if you toast it... this is true of every bread Iβve ever tried.
Try it yourself and LMK what you think.
Thatβs how you do grilled cheese and I agree, searing both sides with butter is pretty great, I like baking it too, that bread you made looks tasty though, it has a good color to it
Better yet: toast with mustard. Toast sourdough bread, butter it, spread a thin layer of mustard. Its amazing
Yum
Disagreed
Worst topping ever
Teriyaki beef.
Cut beef (leaner meat the better) into 1/4 strips
Marinate for 12-24 hours
Set dehydrator for 150 Fahrenheit for 5 hours
Ribs
