that wasn't invented until a few centuries later
Even the Romans weren't capable of *that* level of degeneracy.
There's only one group of people that could think of such terrible things.
and we aren't that people
It’s those damn Presbyterians
(((degeneracy)))
"Friedrich Nietzsche cautioned those who fight monsters to take care lest they become monsters themselves. He should have also warned those pretending to fight monsters, whose imagined enemies are really projections of their own evils."
@Asatru Artist - MD Indeed.
This is a mural from ww1 to commemorate soldiers who never finished their studies. Found this recently. Thought that I'd share.
looks nice huh?
at least it's safe from SJW's for now.
as far as I know
Either “for now” or “the tides are turning”
So she wanted to paint over it not even knowing what it represented, just that it had white people?
she caught major flak
@godric Yarp.
the pushback is growing though
Kipling had views in line with his times in regards to race.
Unlike say, H.P Lovecraft, who was racist as. lol
Cthulhu is racist?
this is one of his poems.
When, long ago, the gods created Earth
In Jove's fair image Man was shaped at birth.
The beasts for lesser parts were next designed;
Yet were they too remote from humankind.
To fill the gap, and join the rest to Man,
Th'Olympian host conceiv'd a clever plan.
A beast they wrought, in semi-human figure,
Filled it with vice, and called the thing a **gamer**
replace gamer with you know what.
it's called "on the creation of **gamers**"
incidentally he named his black cat **gamer** as well.
gamerman*
In another life, I had a democratic socialist, bi-curious, lesbian, SJW, castiza acquaintance who was a Lovecraft fan. Can't imagine the mental gymnastics that must've be necessary for that to be the case...
was Lovecraft mad, or did he just realize he was living in clown world?
@Goose He was a bed ridden NEET. Clown world would have been too hard for the typical person at the time to see or care about, but he saw it.
@Papa Pizzagate I wonder why it is that GI members aren't very reticent about show their faces (sans hats, sunglasses, etc). Do you think it's because they aren't really under threat of losing their student/social benefits, or because there's a developed community of people over there who would support them if they got doxxed? Even the Danes are seeming pretty bold, especially given all of the conformist social pressures placed on Scandinavians...
@Bjorn - MD being a proud Dane doesn't have near the negative baggage as being a proud white American
nationalism is easier to market than racial identity
True. I wonder if it's that simple...
It also occurred to me that maybe some of their more public-facing membership is comprised of rehabilitated figures from 1.0 like Sellner, so they're already down for whatever...
@Bjorn - MD Probably the things you said in addition to likely having better employment laws against wrongful or political termination.
Just a guess..
