You’ll see in the 2nd impeachment
2nd dog and pony show
Is it incitement when the innocence project tells people that innocent people end up on death row?
Why? That’s not a crime. I’m not dumb. Your accusations have no merit
How dare they suggest our system has failed them? They should be arrested for incitement
Yes America’s history of unjust laws, the drug war and police brutality (which has existed for more than just months)is the same as lying about voter fraud even though you know you lost.
@AdvanceManExtraordinaire
Gassing up your base to a easily predicted riot at the captiol
It actually is. Both are injustice.
they were just listening to your leftist politicians
and how to protest
Only one is a known lie @AdvanceManExtraordinaire
I believe both are known lies, as do many other people.
Trump knew he lost @AdvanceManExtraordinaire this was just a show for his post presidential endeavors . He raised 200 million in pocket money
So what are we going to do, impeach everybody?
@AdvanceManExtraordinaire you agree voter fraud allegations is a lie?
I don’t. To me it’s obvious election fraud occurred.
Hotel and ride included
Biden and Kamala are not inciting violence just because you declare it so. That case has about as much merit as the fraud cases 90 judges threw out
Charges of crimes require evidence and compelling legal arguments to end in impeachment. You have none
there were no arguments heard
I heard your arguments. They were not good
the allegations can be neither proven false or true because they were not heard in court
Ok well like I said you need to actually bring in election fraud cases into court. And not just make accusations for moths. Also you keep ignoring the fact his own aide came out and admitted that Trump knew he lost he was just doing this for his post presidential endeavors. @AdvanceManExtraordinaire
And Vice versa trump. There is no act either of them committed which specially incite violence. You can make the argument that they should’ve known that what would’ve followed from their words had the potential to be violent, and I don’t want to live in a world where we prosecute based on predictions.
@AdvanceManExtraordinaire, you just advanced to level 15!
The court would actually need to hear the case...
You don’t dismantle democracy just to save face @AdvanceManExtraordinaire
You can’t assume Biden is guilty because his case wasn’t heard in court and assume Trump is guilty based on the lie that his case wasn’t heard in court.
This is bananas logic
I wish we used only paper ballots, and each ballot has an rfid or something to validate it - and require voter id everywhere. Then we could avoid all this crap.
Every Democrat is guilty until proven innocent in a court of law
That’s a sad little argument 😂
only in-person voting unless your handicapped or military
@AdvanceManExtraordinaire again they need to bring actual fraud cases into court. They didn’t do this. In fact many times they went into court specifically saying “this is not a fraud case”. They knew they had nothing . They just bull shitted the court system for months. All the people at the hearing either didn’t go to court in the first place or did go and were deemed unreliable after examination of their evidence
It would be so easy to draw the wrong conclusion about his aide. For one if it’s a mainstream news source saying this, it has the potential to be completely false. Two, if they did say this, he could mean that trump knew he at that point was out of paths to victory and wanted to go down with a fight.
@AdvanceManExtraordinaire you don’t need an aide to know Trump has no case
With the facts presented, it would be unwise to bring a case of fraud to court, so they can’t be faulted for not doing so, despite it being obvious there was fraud. And again, the courts actually taking the cases and seeing the arguments would’ve prevented all of the violence and unrest.
If a state is saying there was no fraud, does the federal government have a right to say "we don't believe you - show us all the data you reviewed to conclude that"?
